Based in Tauranga, we work across the wider Bay of Plenty, Waikato and Taupō. We are also available to travel outside these areas for suitable projects.
FLOOR PREPARATION & FLOORING UPLIFT
Floor preparation is an important part of getting a surface ready for new flooring or finishes. We provide flooring uplift and concrete preparation for residential and commercial projects, removing existing floor coverings, adhesives, coatings and other materials before preparing the substrate underneath.
Depending on the condition of the floor and the requirements of the new finish, preparation may include concrete grinding, adhesive and coating removal, high spot correction and other surface preparation. Once the existing flooring has been removed, we can also identify areas that may require levelling or repairs before the next stage of work.
Our floor preparation services include:
Flooring and tile uplift
Adhesive and coating removal
Concrete grinding and surface preparation
High spot correction
Preparation for new flooring
Identification of levelling and repair requirements
FLOOR LEVELLING & SCREEDING
We provide floor levelling and screeding to correct uneven or low areas and create a smooth, stable surface ready for new flooring or finishes.
From localised low areas and floor height variations through to larger levelling works and creating falls where required, we can assess the existing surface and determine the preparation and levelling needed for the project.
Micro Topping
Micro topping is a hand-applied decorative finish used to create a seamless, contemporary concrete look across floors, walls and other suitable surfaces.
Available in a range of colours and finishes, each application has its own natural movement and variation, creating a unique finish for residential and commercial spaces.
Grind & seal is a decorative concrete finish that exposes the natural character of the concrete before the surface is sealed for protection and durability.
It offers a more affordable alternative to polished concrete while still achieving an attractive exposed concrete finish. The level of grinding can be tailored from a lighter grind through to greater stone exposure.
Grind & seal can be used on concrete floors, block walls and other suitable concrete surfaces, making it a versatile option for both residential and commercial projects.
GRIND & SEAL
CONCRETE REPAIRS & JOINTING
We provide concrete crack repairs and jointing solutions to repair, protect and prepare concrete surfaces for their intended use or the next stage of work.
Depending on the condition of the concrete and project requirements, this can include epoxy crack repairs, concrete repairs, joint preparation and rubber jointing. We can assess the existing surface and determine the appropriate repair or jointing method for the area.
Our repair & jointing services include:
Crack and epoxy repairs
Rubber jointing
Joint preparation and repairs
Concrete patching and surface repairs
BLOCK HONING & CONCRETE WALL GRINDING
We provide block honing and concrete wall grinding to expose the natural aggregate and character of concrete and masonry surfaces, creating a distinctive architectural finish.
The level of grinding can be tailored to suit the desired appearance, from a lighter surface grind through to greater aggregate exposure. Once ground, the surface can also be sealed to enhance and protect the finished concrete.
Suitable for block walls, concrete walls, architectural feature walls and other vertical concrete surfaces across residential and commercial projects.
