Kia ora, I’m Hayden and I’ve been working in floor preparation and concrete grinding for more than 16 years. My passion lies in floor levelling and polished concrete and I enjoy taking on projects where the preparation and finish really make a difference.

My journey in the trade began in Christchurch, working alongside my father-in-law, who had extensive experience in the flooring industry. This gave me the opportunity to build my skills hands-on, including working on the repair and preparation of damaged floors following the Christchurch earthquakes.

In 2019, my family and I made the move from Christchurch to the Bay of Plenty, which we are now proud to call home. Since then, I have continued to build strong relationships within the industry and work across a wide range of residential and commercial projects throughout Tauranga, the wider Bay of Plenty, Waikato and Taupō.

As a family-owned and operated business, the way we work is important to us. I take pride in doing the job properly, providing practical advice and delivering a high standard of workmanship on every project.
