Kia ora, I’m Hayden, and I’ve been in the Floor Preparation and Concrete Grinding industry for over 15 years. My passion lies in levelling, polished concrete and micro topping - working on all surfaces, both interior and exterior, to create durable and high-quality finishes.

My journey in this trade began with my father-in-law, a highly respected figure in the flooring industry in Christchurch. Under his guidance, I gained valuable hands-on experience, particularly during the aftermath of the Christchurch earthquakes, where I contributed to repairing and preparing damaged floors.

In 2019, my family and I made the move to the beautiful Bay of Plenty. We love the people, the lifestyle and the opportunities here. As a father of three, family is at the heart of everything I do, and I bring that same dedication and care to every project I take on. Whether it's a polished concrete floor, a micro-topped feature wall, or a perfectly levelled surface, I take pride in delivering top-tier results.
