Hayden Argyle

Director

With more than 16 years of hands-on experience, Hayden leads the on-site work at Elite Surface Solutions, specialising in floor preparation, concrete grinding, floor levelling and polished concrete. He takes pride in doing the job properly and brings a practical, hands-on approach to every project, working closely with builders, contractors and clients from initial preparation through to the finished result.

Outside of work, Hayden is an avid Warriors and NSW Blues supporter. He played ice hockey from a young age, representing New Zealand, Canterbury and Queenstown before eventually retiring from the sport. These days he is back on the rink playing inline hockey for the Mustangs at Tauranga’s local rink.

Aneta Argyle

Operations Manager

Aneta manages the day-to-day operations behind Elite Surface Solutions, looking after enquiries, quoting, scheduling, client communication and everything in between. With a background in Trusts, Wills and Estate Administration, she brings strong organisation and attention to detail to the business and works closely with Hayden to keep projects running smoothly from the first enquiry through to completion.

Outside of work, Aneta is an avid Warriors and Queensland Maroons supporter - making State of Origin an interesting time in the Argyle household! She is also a big reader and owns almost enough books to officially qualify the house as a library.
